Completed in 2007, “Villa Kunterbunt” is located in the middle of the campus area. The house consists of two interconnected double blocks and has 280 beautiful, large (18 m²) single apartments with small kitchens and bathrooms. Most of the institutes and lecture halls as well as our canteen and cafeteria are in the immediate vicinity.

The operating costs included in the warm rent are currently subsidised by €50. The state of Lower Saxony has made the funds available to the Studierendenwerk at the end of 2022, see here. These funds will be used up by the end of 2024. This means that the rent indicated below will increase by €50 from January 2025.
