In the individual counselling (in person, by video or by phone) we take about 50 minutes to get to know you and your concerns. After the initial counselling session, we decide together on how to proceed. The number of counselling sessions is limited. Are you in an acute crisis? Then talk to us directly during our office hours or call the emergency numbers.
Please note: You need to join the waiting list for individual counselling. Depending on the demand in our psychotherapeutic counselling centre, waiting times may vary.
Counselling options
Time: By prior arrangement - contact us by phone or email!
Here you will get an appointment (in person or by phone) of about 25 – 45 minutes. This can be helpful for urgent matters or initial orientation questions.
Personal counselling during the open consultation hours is currently not possible anonymously. Please bring the completed data protection form with you to your counselling session.
Our current workshop and group schedule is available here.
It's outside of our consultation hours, but you have a lot on your mind and would like to express your thoughts and concerns to us now? Then use our online counselling service:
Online counselling of the psychotherapeutic counselling centre
This is how it works:
- Create an account
- Write us your request via the so-called ticket system, which we use to communicate in a data-protected manner. To use this service, you need to enter an e-mail address. If you want to be absolutely sure that you remain anonymous, you can simply create an e-mail address just for this consultation.
It is quite possible that we will reply to you on the same day, but sometimes it can take 1-3 days.
Please note: The online counselling service does not provide appointments for face-to-face or video consultations.
